At Seventh Day Basics, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with care. Please review our shipping and processing policy below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Times & Rates
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, shipping times may be delayed due to factors outside of our control (e.g., postal service disruptions, weather, customs delays). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at seventhdaybasics@gmaail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
